PAC Doverie

Miroslav Marinov – Executive director 

He joined the Company in 1999 as financial analyst at the "Finance and Accounting" Directorate, appointed among over 200 applicants for the vacancy during the “Career Days – 1999” organized by AISECK – Bulgaria. At the beginning of 2000 he was appointed Internal Auditor. Since April 2001 he has been the director of the "Finance, Accounting and Investments" Directorate, and since September 2008 he has been Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer. In 2012, he was elected as a Member of the Management Board and subsequently as the Company's CEO. Graduate of the University of National and World Economy, M.A. degree in Corporate Finance. Before joining Doverie Mr. Marinov had served as real estate broker and capital markets assistant manager. In 2020, he was awarded with the "Lifetime Contribution to the Development of Bulgarian Insurance" Award of the Prof. Dr. Veleslav Gavriyski Foundation. 

Ivo Zahariev - Chief Financial Officer

Ivo Zahariev joined the PAC Doverie team in mid 2012 as a CFO. Previously he gained 10 years of experience in the management of pension funds´ assets in two of the biggest pension assurance companies in the country. He graduated with a BA degree in International finance and trade from the Portsmouth University UK and with a MB degree in Finance from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov. He has an Investment consultant license from the FSC. 

Atanas Totkov - Financial Analyst

He has been working in the area of asset management since 2008 and has over 11 years of experience in the financial markets. During his professional career, he has worked mainly in asset management for large institutional clients and specializes in the analysis and transactions of money market instruments, and government and corporate debt. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Certified Investment Consultant by the FSC, successfully passed Level II in the CFA Institute Program. 

Krassimir Petkov - Chief Portfolio Manager 

He graduated from the UNWE with a Master's degree in Accounting and Control. During his professional career, he gained experience in the field of accounting, financial analysis, and risk management while holding management positions in several companies. Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by GARP, Certified Investment Advisor by the FSC, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA Charterholder).

Ivan Baltov - Chief Financial Analyst   

He has been working at Pension Assurance Company Doverie since 2005. Before joining the Company, he worked as a Senior Expert at the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) and for more than 10 years as Deputy Chief Accountant in the Investments Department of another pension assurance company, as well as in the Investments and Insurance Reserves Department of insurance companies. Graduate of the UNWE. He has additional qualifications in Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, etc.

DV ASSET MANAGEMENT

Boyan Milenkov, FRM, Head of Portfolio Management

Boyan Milenkov is a licensed investment advisor and securities broker with the Financial Supervision Commission, as well as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM Charter Holder). He has experience as a foreign exchange dealer, and securities broker, as well as experience in securities portfolio management in various banking and non-banking financial institutions in Bulgaria. Over the last 10 years, he has built on his expertise in risk management in two of the leading pension companies in Bulgaria.He joined the team of the management company DV Asset Management EAD in October 2018.
