Changes in the Board of Directors of PAC Doverie

Dimana Rankova is the new member of the Board of Directors of PAC Doverie. Ms Rankova has a legal education. She started her career as part of the legal department of the Securities and Exchange Commission when it was established in 1996, and since 2001 as a member. After the formation of the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) in 2003, Ms Rankova was Deputy Chairperson of the Investment Supervision Sector until 2009 and later from 2010 to 2012. In the period 2009 - 2010 she was a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Development Bank and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Burgas - Alexandroupolis BG Oil Pipeline Project Company. Since 2012, for two years, she has been Financial Policy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria and Chairperson of the Commission for the Remission of Uncollectible State Receivables.

 
In the Board of Directors, she takes the place of its long-standing member, Mr Georgi Georgiev, who was among the founders of the Company and its first Executive director. She has been part of the Company's management team since April 2014.
