Changes in the Investment Policies of the Pension Funds Managed by Pension Assurance Company Doverie AD

In accordance with Article 175a, paragraph 4 of the Social Security Code, Pension Assurance Company Doverie AD informs insured individuals in the pension funds it manages about changes made to the investment policies of the General, Professional, and Voluntary Pension Funds Doverie.

The changes and additions to the investment policies are primarily related to:

- Incorporation of ethical investment rules applied by Pension Assurance Company Doverie for the General, Professional, and Voluntary Pension Funds Doverie, ensuring that their assets are not invested in companies that:

1. Violate the United Nations conventions on human and labor rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption;
2. Are involved in the production or trade of weapons, except when this is not their primary business focus and when a significant portion of their revenue does not derive from the production and trade of weapons;
3. Are reasonably suspected of having funds sourced from illegal activities.

- Explicit disclosure of preventive and subsequent control of investments, in accordance with the requirements of Pension Assurance Company Doverie's procedure for implementing Vienna Insurance Group's (VIG) guidelines on international sanctions and screening for the purposes of the Law on Measures Against Money Laundering and the Law on Measures Against the Financing of Terrorism.
- Introduction of an additional goal for the investment policies of the General, Professional, and Voluntary Pension Funds Doverie – to achieve a return higher than that of the main competitors of Pension Assurance Company Doverie AD in the short term, based on information published by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC).
