Doverie Voluntary Pension Fund was included in the list of foreign pension schemes recognized by the laws of the respective state
As of September 2, 2010 Doverie Voluntary Pension Fund was included in the list of foreign pension schemes recognized by the laws of the respective state (Qualifying Recognized Overseas Pension Schemes).
This list is maintained by Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") for the purpose of transferring funds from a pension scheme registered in the UK into a similar pension scheme in another country that under English law has been approved by HMRC and the listing is a prerequisite for the transfer of funds .
