The project is implemented by PAC Doverie AD with the financial support of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Social Fund of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria, under contract ESF 2102-01-11035

A two-day training course on Time and Stress Management starts on February 25, 2011. It takes place in Sofia and will be attended by 20 staff members from the headquarters of PAC Doverie. The training is part of the project "Enhancing competitiveness by improving the core competencies of the staff of PAC Doverie" that the company implements with the support of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development.

This is the fourth training course taking place under the program. To this point the Customer Service training courses have been completed. They were attended by 34 employees of PAC Doverie holding positions of customer service experts. The average score achieved on the examination test is 93 percent; eight employees of the company have achieved a perfect score of 100 percent.

Furthermore, on February 18 and 19 the first Trade Skills training course was held in Plovdiv, attended by employees holding the positions of regional representatives, sales experts and area-center directors of the regional offices of the company in South Bulgaria.

A total of 40 training sessions are planned to include all employees of Doverie. The next training course, "Trade Skills", will be held on 11th and 12th of March in the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
