On February 11, 2011, 1 p.m., in Ivaylo Hall of Arena Hotel at 2 Slavyanska Street in Veliko Tarnovo, PAC Doverie will hold a press conference in connection with the start of a series of training courses under the project "Enhancing competitiveness by improving the core competencies of the employees of DOVERIE Pension Assurance Company".

The project is implemented by PAC Doverie with the financial support of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development as part of the company's strategy for improving qualification and skills of Doverie employees throughout the country.

Training that will be conducted on February 11 and 12 in Veliko Turnovo concerns "Customer Service" and is aimed at the customer service specialists from the company offices in North Bulgaria.

Detailed information will be provided during the press conference about the parameters of the project, the organization of its implementation, its scope and types of training.

Doverie is the first registered pension insurance company in Bulgaria, holding license number one to operate in the sphere of supplementary pension insurance. According to preliminary data of the FSC (http://www.fsc.bg/), as of December 31, 2010 PAC Doverie manages assets of over BGN 1.3 billion and the customers of the Company are over 1,200,000. Doverie has an extensive territorial structure of 58 offices nationwide, three of which on the territory of Veliko Tarnovo.
