PAC Doverie has created a channel for internal reporting provided for in the Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting or Publicly Disclosing Information on Violations

On 02.02.2023, the Law adopted by the National Assembly on the protection of whistleblowers or publicly disclosing information on violations (the Law) was promulgated in the State Gazette. It implements the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers of Union law and aims to provide protection to whistleblowers or public disclosure of information in the public and private sectors of Bulgarian legislation or acts of the European Union, which became known to them in a work context.

PAC Doverie is an obliged entity and has created a channel for internal reporting of violations that meets all the requirements of the Law.
