PAC Doverie hosted a practical insurance "lesson" for students

The company took part in the 21st edition of the "Non-banking financial sector in Bulgaria" educational program, welcoming to its headquarters 12 students from high schools with profiled education in economics and finance from different cities of the country. The event was organized by the Commission for Financial Supervision, the Ministry of Education and Science and the Atanas Burov Foundation. 

During the visit, the young people had the opportunity to observe how the various units of a pension insurance company work, to learn more about the insurance in capital schemes and the management of the funds of over one million two hundred and fifty thousand clients*.

Within the framework of the comprehensive training under the "Non-banking financial sector in Bulgaria" program, were discussed topics about the three-pillar model of pension insurance, fintech business models, types of insurance, crypto-assets, the introduction of the new European regulations - MICA and DORA, the security of online investments space, financial instruments on the capital market and trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The young people had the opportunity to be part of the work process, participate in discussions, financial simulations, make hypothetical financial decisions, ask questions and solve real cases, under the guidance of experienced mentors from the visited companies and institutions.
