PAC Doverie signes an agreement under the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007- 2013

On October 6, 2010 PAC Doverie AD signed an agreement for financial aid from the European Social Fund, through the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013.

The main purpose of the agreement is the implementation of the program Enhancing competitiveness by improving the core competencies of the staff of PAC Doverie AD.

Dynamic market environment requires systematic investment in human capital to ensure higher productivity, better staff motivation and raising staff competence and qualification.

The implementation of the training project will help raise the professional qualifications and core competencies of the employees of Doverie. To improve their competence trainings will be conducted for 229 of them in seven areas: selling skills, customer service, negotiation skills, presentation skills, teamwork, time and stress management and administrative skills.

To achieve maximum effect and provide high quality knowledge and expertise, training will be conducted by eminent lecturers from training organizations specialized in the use of modern interactive teaching methods.

All training courses are scheduled for 2011.

The training to be conducted is supported by the European Social Fund and the Republic of Bulgaria by a financial aid amounting to BGN 43,117.62 approved under OP HRD 2007-2013, "Qualification and Training of Employees - Phase 2"scheme, priority area 2: "Increasing the productivity and adaptability of employees" and intervention area 2.1:"Improving the adaptability of employees" under BG051PO001-2.1-02 scheme, component II.
