PAC Doverie took the award for the Pension Insurance Company of the Year, in the category of Supplementary Compulsory Pension Insurance, for the sixth time in a row

On 17.05.2015, at an official ceremony, Prof. Dr Veleslav Gavriiski Foundation, the Higher School of Insurance and Finance, the Association of Bulgarian Insurers, the Bulgarian Association of Insurance Brokers and the Bulgarian Association of Supplementary Pension Insurance Companies announced the winners of the annual awards for achievements in the field of insurance, assurance, and from this year - in insurance intermediation, for 2015.

 
The 12 awards were handed out during the eighth edition of the annual Insurer of the Year Awards, at a stylish ceremony in Sofia that attracted around 300 guests yesterday evening.
For the sixth consecutive year, PAC Doverie was awarded the prize for Pension Insurance Company of the Year, in the category "Supplementary Compulsory Pension Insurance". The company has been a consistent winner and winner of the prestigious award in this category since its establishment in 2010.

 
Angelina Petrova, Executive director of PAC Doverie, was awarded the prize for her overall contribution to the development of Bulgarian insurance. The award was presented by Biser Petkov, the Governor of the National Social Security Institute.

After Daniela Petkova, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of PAC Doverie, winner of the prestigious award for contribution in 2013, she is the second manager of the Company who received the statuette with the image of the ancient Greek goddess of victory Nike, which Dr Veleslav Gavriiski Foundation awards for contribution to insurance and assurance.

The other winners of the award are Dr Nikola Abadzhiev, PhD, Chairman of Bulgarian Association of Supplementary Pension Insurance Companies, awarded at the inception of the prize in 2011, Prof. Yordan Christoskov, who received the award in 2012, Associate Prof. Grigor Dimitrov - in 2014 and Sofia Hristova, Executive director of Allianz Bulgaria - in 2015.
