Pension Assurance Company Doverie became the Pension Insurance Company of the Year in the category of Supplementary Compulsory Pension Insurance for the tenth time in a row
On 27.05.2021, at an official online ceremony, Prof. Dr Veleslav Gavriyski Foundation, the Higher School of Insurance and Finance, the Association of Bulgarian Insurers, the Bulgarian Association of Insurance Brokers (BAIB) and the Bulgarian Association of Supplementary Pension Security Companies, announced the winners of the annual awards for achievements in the field of insurance, social assurance and insurance intermediation for 2020.
For the tenth time in a row, Pension Assurance Company Doverie was awarded with the Pension Insurance Company of the Year Award, in the Supplementary Compulsory Pension Insurance category. The company has been a consistent winner and holder of the prestigious award in this category since its establishment in 2010.
"I dedicate this award to all clients of the Company who give meaning to our efforts to develop and improve. I also congratulate our employees who have made a huge contribution to receiving this award and have supported the Company's digitalization process, which we have been focusing on over the last year," said Daniela Petkova, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Pension Assurance Company Doverie.
The award for the Pension Insurance Company of the Year, in the category "Supplementary Voluntary Pension Insurance", went to Allianz Bulgaria. The prize for the most dynamically developing pension insurance company was taken by Badeshte Pension Insurance Company, and in both categories Pension Assurance Company Doverie was among the three companies nominated for the award.
At the ceremony, the statuettes and honorary badges for overall contribution to insurance for 2021 and 2020 were also awarded. The winner of the award for 2020 is Miroslav Marinov, Executive director and member of the Board of Directors of Pension Assurance Company Doverie, and for 2021 - Associate Prof. Dr Biser Petkov, Minister of Labour and Social Policy in the third cabinet of Boyko Borisov.
The winning companies received special author's sculptures, symbol of the awards, made by the artist Andrey Yanev and diplomas.
