"Presentation skills" training started under theproject "Enhancing competitiveness by improving the core competencies of the employees of DOVERIE Pension Assurance Company".

The first training course on "Presentation Skills" was held on March 18 and 19, 2011 in Plovdiv under the project "Enhancing competitiveness by improving the core competencies of the employees of DOVERIE Pension Assurance Company" carried out with the financial support of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development.

Fifteen employees of Doverie occupying positions of sales specialist and associates at the regional offices of the Company and the heads of the territorial representations of the Regional Directorate of Southern Bulgaria increased their competence on how to prepare and carry out qualitative and effective presentations. One of the major training objectives was defining the targets, the structure of the presentation and analysis of audience.

Within the training process, discussions took place and interactive case studies were resolved to improve presentation techniques including communication styles, body language, and specific cases from practice. The basic methods and rules of presentation were also discussed.

The training course continues also on 25 and 26 of March 2011, when in Veliko Tarnovo employees of Doverie will be trained on "trade skills".
