Doverie’s first training course under the project implemented with the support of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development was held in Plovdiv

ESF 2102-01-11059 project "Enhancing competitiveness by improving the core competencies of the employees of DOVERIE Pension Assurance Company".

The project is implemented by PAC Doverie AD with the financial support of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Social Fund of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria, under contract ESF 2102-01-11035.

The first of a series of trainings courses under the ESF 2102 -01 - 11 059 project "Enhancing competitiveness by improving the core competencies of the employees of DOVERIE Pension Assurance Company" was held on February 4, 2011.

The project is implemented by PAC Doverie AD with the financial support of the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Social Fund of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria, under contract ESF 2102-01-11035.

The first training course on the topic of "Customer Service" was held in Plovdiv. It covered the customer service experts of the Company. The next training session will take place on February 11, 2011 in the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
