Information about a lawsuit filed by PAC Doverie AD against BGNES Agency

As part of the consistently pursued policy for transparency and protection of the rights of its clients, PAC Doverie informs that on 20.11.2013, a lawsuit was filed by the Company against the BGNES agency.

The lawsuit against the news agency is the result of the concern expressed by clients and actions taken by some of them to change the pension fund as a consequence of the publications in BGNES.

The publications were presented as a "journalistic investigation" without an author and made false claims about the bona fide and lawful investment and asset management activities of the pension funds managed by PAC Doverie.
