PAC Doverie and Konica Minolta Bulgaria Presented a Joint Project for Electronic Employment Record

PAC Doverie and Konica Minolta Bulgaria presented a joint project for an electronic employment record during the conference "HR DAYS 2024 - The Questions of Tomorrow and the Answers of Today", organized by the Bulgarian Association for People Management.

"The electronic employment record is an end-to-end solution - from generating a document based on a template, through coordination and approval, to electronic signing via phone. Users of the system benefit from both the powerful tools offered and the additional advantages that artificial intelligence can offer, in terms of automating key business processes," said Dimitar Sotirov, Head of the Consulting Department "IT Solutions" at Konica Minolta Bulgaria.

Nikola Alexiev, HR Director at PAC Doverie, shared how the Company's digital transformation began back in 2015. The first steps were the implementation of client services, and in 2020, the process of digitalizing the internal environment began.

"Currently, the electronic employment record serves all employees of the Company. With two clicks, an additional agreement can be sent to the entire staff, and we can receive each signed copy back within minutes. Significant advantages include the easy addition of new documents to the record, providing controlled access to information, and more. This transparency is important for both - the employer and the employees. We have ideas for supplementing it with new processes and activities, which will further facilitate and refine our work," added Alexiev.
