PAC Doverie increases the amount of the minimum yield guarantee reserve with BGN 3 mln. above the legally obligatory minimum

Regarding the lack of legal option for considerable accumulations in the reserve held to guarantee the life-long pensions which will be due from the GPF, at the end of 2012, the Management board of PAC Doverie took a decision to increase the amount of the minimum yield guarantee reserve with BGN 3 mln. above the obligatory minimum.

The above mentioned amount is part of the Company's profit and will be divided as follows: BGN 2 707 500 for the GPF Doverie and BGN 292 500 for the PPF Doverie.

As soon as a legal option is available, this amount will be used to guarantee the life-long pensions from the GPF.
