Svetla Nestorova participates in the "Lunch with the Boss" initiative

Svetla Nestorova, Chairperson of the Management Board of PAC Doverie, is participated in the “Lunch with the Boss” initiative, which brings together young people with leaders of leading companies in Bulgaria. The conversations are held in an informal setting, and the goal is to build a stronger connection between business and the new generation of experts who can absorb the experience of top managers.

Ms. Nestorova is having lunch with Alexander Gradev, who is a student at the Vienna University of Economics.

In his motivation for why he wants to meet with the Chairperson of the Management Board of PAC Doverie, he pointed out that pension insurance companies play an extremely important role in ensuring people’s financial security and preserving employees’ savings. In addition, they protect their money from inflation and increase it so that after decades of work they can lead a decent life. 

Alexander was also impressed by the long and successful history of the company, which has been among the leaders in the field of pension insurance for more than three decades.

“As a student at the Vienna University of Economics, I had the opportunity to participate in the creation of an analysis of VIG and then I was quite surprised to find out that PAC Doverie is one of the best-performing subsidiaries in the group. It will be extremely valuable for me to understand how a company can bear such a responsibility to millions of clients and manage funds worth billions”, Alexander told the organizers of the initiative. 

The lunch turned into an extremely friendly conversation, during which the two were able to tell more about themselves. In turn, Gradev also received valuable guidance from Svetla Nestorova on successful implementation in business and life.
