The Board of Directors of PAC Doverie adopted the "Policy of PAC Doverie AD against Corruption and Related Phenomena"

By its Minutes 279 of 20.12.2012, the Board of Directors of PAC Doverie adopted the "Policy of PAC Doverie AD against Corruption and Related Phenomena". The Policy is a development of the Company's internal regulations in the part of anti-corruption and related phenomena, which are also enshrined in the Code of Ethics of PAC Doverie and in the tenth principle of the UN Global Compact, to which treaty PAC Doverie joined and is a full member since 2009.

 
The scope of the Policy includes relations with external contractors and service providers of PAC Doverie, all employees of the Company, as well as any person related to the Company who provides services on its behalf and for its account, including subcontractors, their staff and business partners, who will be obliged to comply with the principles set out therein.
