The Financial Supervision Commission has approved amendments to the Regulations on the organisation and operation of Professional Pension Fund Doverie

Pursuant to article 144, paragraph 5 of the Social Insurance Code, the Pension Assurance Company Doverie AD informs the insured persons in Professional Pension Fund Doverie that by Decision No 736-PPF dated 07.10.2021, the Financial Supervision Commission approved amendments and additions to the following texts of the Rules on the organisation and operation of Professional Pension Fund Doverie.

 
In items 1, 3 and 11 of the section "Definitions of terms and concepts"; section "Abbreviations"; Article 3, paragraph 2; Article 6; Article 12; Article 18, paragraph 2; Article 19, paragraph 2, items 3-5 and 7 and paragraph 3(3) to (7); Article 21(2) and (3); Article 22(2) and (3); Article 22(1)(7), (11) and (12) and Article 3(3); Article 25(2)(2), Article 3 and 4, point 2; Article 26, paragraph 6; Article 36; Article 40, paragraph 3-6; Article 41; Article 42, Att. 3-5, Paragraph 6, Items 4 and 5, Paragraph 9 and paragraph 11-14; Article 43, paragraph 2, items 5-13; Article 44, paragraph 2-4; Article 45 - Article 47; Article 48, paragraph 5 and paragraph 8-10; Article 49; Article 50; Article 51, paragraph 1 and 2; Article 52(2)(3); Article 53 - Article 64; §§ 3, 4 and 20 of the Transitional and Final Provisions.

 
The amendments and additions to the Rules of PPF Doverie are related to their compliance with the amendments in the legal framework.
