The General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the annual financial statements of PAC Doverie AD

On 15.04.2015 was held the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of PAC "Doverie" AD. The shareholders of the Company adopted the annual financial statements and the business report of the Company and the pension funds managed thereof for 2014, approved the profit distribution and re-elected for a new three-year mandate the Supervisory Board in the composition Franz Fuchs, Gerald Weber, representatives of the majority owner Vienna Insurance Group, Rumen Yanchev, Executive director of BULSTRAD VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP and the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria, which will perform its duties in the Supervisory Board through its legal representative.

 
The General Meeting highly appreciated the activity of the Board of Directors and those representing the company, and the Supervisory Board gave a new three-year management term to its current members: Daniela Petkova - Chairperson of the Board of Directors and members: Angelina Petrova - Executive director of PAC Doverie AD; Miroslav Marinov - Executive director of PAC Doverie AD; Lachezar Raychev - Founder and Partner of Lega InterConsult (LIC) - Penkov, Markov & Partners; Vasil Yanachkov - Chairperson of the Independent Metalworkers Federation and Vice President of the European Metalworkers Federation; as well as Georgi Georgiev, who is the first Executive director of PAC Doverie AD after its establishment 21 years ago.
