The seventh edition of the Golden Eye Cinematography Festival honours the best cinematographers

From 23 to 26 October 2014, for the seventh time in the town of Popovo was held the National Cinematography Festival "The Golden Eye" in memory of Dimo Kolarov. In this edition, the Grand Prize for Cinematography in the name of Dimo Kolarov - "The Golden Eye" of the Municipality of Popovo, was awarded to Andrey Chertov for his film "Rainy Day".

Awards for lifetime achievements were given to the actress Ginka Stancheva and cinematographer Hristo Totev, while cinematographer Alexander Stanishev was awarded for his debut.

 
Pension Assurance Company Doverie supports all seven editions of the Festival, which honours the achievements of cinematographers and their extremely important role in the creation of each television and film product. During the award ceremony, Darina Kaleva, regional representative of PAC Doverie in Targovishte, presented the award for lifetime achievements to the cameraman Hristo Totev.
