Vasil Panchev

Vasil Panchev joined the team of PAC Doverie AD in February 2025.

He graduated in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics - Varna and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University.

He has earned also numerous professional certificates in Information Technology, such as MCSA and MCSE by Microsoft, in Information Security, such as CISA and CISM by ISACA, and in Project Management - PMP by PMI. 

Vasil has over 20 years of experience in information technology and security management, including in international IT companies, such as Hewlett Packard, and in IT management and governance in international banking groups, he was a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and then Chief Information Officer (CIO) of SG Expressbank, and CIO of Eurobank Bulgaria.
